Carlos Redmond is a dedicated leader, entrepreneur, and advocate for economic empowerment and community development. As the Outreach Coordinator of Why We Care NFP, Carlos plays a pivotal role in connecting with communities to move the organization's mission to provide essential resources and support to underserved communities in Chicago. His passion for service has been instrumental in driving impactful initiatives that uplift individuals and families in need.

In addition to his nonprofit leadership with Chicago Area Veterans Forum as the Executive Director, Carlos is the owner of Impact Empowerment Solutions Group, a business committed to helping entrepreneurs and business owners secure government and corporate contracts. As a disabled veteran, he understands the challenges faced by small businesses, particularly those led by veterans, and is dedicated to creating pathways for success through mentorship, advocacy, and business development.

 

Carlos is especially proud to serve the people of Chicago, with a strong focus on supporting fellow veterans.
