Why We Care NFP Featured on Live from the Heartland
Why We Care NFP is excited to be featured on Live from the Heartland! Our Executive Director, Tanya Watkins, and Program Manager, Zaria Bonds, joined Michael James and Euan Hague for an engaging conversation about our organization, the communities we serve, and how we turn care into action.
During the conversation, we shared more about Why We Care NFP’s mission and our commitment to supporting low-income families and underserved communities through meaningful programs, community partnerships, and access to resources. From community events and economic empowerment to environmental health initiatives, veterans services, and more, our work is centered on creating opportunities, addressing community needs, and helping residents build a stronger future.
We believe that lasting change begins with listening to communities, building relationships, and working together to connect residents with the resources and support they need. Through our programs and partnerships, we strive to bring people together, uplift community voices, and create opportunities for individuals and families to thrive.
